video error

I've been unable to upload videos from two different cameras. They are monoscopic. I have tried mp4 and mov and different resolutions. I get an error message at the processing stage.

We need more information about your videos:

What is the file format of them (.mp4, .m4v or .mov)? Are their resolution 2:1? Are they bigger than 4GB?

What is the file name of them?

How did you upload them (web or FTP)? Date and time aprox?

I just tried uploading again with the same error. Upload date and time 7/10/24 10:00 AM

It is an mp4, 2:1 7680 3840 resolution 1.34GB uploaded by web

Hi Greg,

Does the filename not have an extension? If it's just  VID_2024_07_04_17_53_34_20240 then that is probably the issue.
