Thumbnails in Google Earth via KMZ broken for stereographic images

Hello there,

I'd like to report an issue with the thumbnails (preview) of stereographic images in google earth with 360-Cities KMZ enabled.

One example of an affected image is:
https://www.360cities.net/image/sundown-at-oberfeld-darmstadt

The broken thumbnail resulted from an invalid request of:

https://cdn1.360cities.net/pano/laireiter/02012836_20240709_Oberfeld_Sonnenuntergang_Kunst_Topaz.tiff/mercetor/4.jpg

Where it should have been:
https://cdn1.360cities.net/pano/laireiter/02012836_20240709_Oberfeld_Sonnenuntergang_Kunst_Topaz.tiffLEFT/mercetor/4.jpg

See the additional "LEFT" in the URL.

The following screenshot ist taken from google earth web. However same issue is present in google earth desktop.
