Please let me know why they weren't selected

Hello 360Cities Support Team,

I would like to ask about a panorama that was marked as “Unselected.”

Could you please explain why it was not selected? I would be grateful for any feedback on how I can improve it or avoid the same issue in future submissions.

I have just tried to view your images and all of them just show up as a flat medium grey over the entire panorama.  There is no visible image present.  I suspect an incorrect format of some sort.

In fact there is a circle of the image present in the zenith, with
different diameter for each image. So this is either an incomplete
upload or some processing failure.

Toi, do you see them properly in your account dashboard?

Ah yes, you are correct Erik.  Must admit I did not look directly up.  As you say, there is only a small portion of the panorama present.
