Uploaded files not appearing as Pending or Unpublished

I hope you’re well.

A few hours ago, I uploaded two 360 JPEG panorama files via FileZilla FTP; however, they have not yet appeared in my "Pending" or "Unpublished" queues.

Could you please check if there was an issue with the transfer or if there is a delay in processing?
