Tied House for monthly gatherings

I checked out the Tied House in Mountain View as a possibility for our monthly gatherings.  They have a nice room in the back and we could go there on a cash and carry (individuals buy their own) basis but we could not "reserve" it for a specific day each month unless we signed a contract, not likely.  We might also need to share it.  The back room is quiet where we could have an announcements time and then talk.  There's a bar right there. I liked it.

Still think we should talk about this more..doing our own thing..vs getting our members to come out to the Green Drinks already established.  If we want to network with other groups or partners, Green Drinks would be better for that.

Stew,

   Hi, that's great!  Did you ask if the backroom was generally full on Wednesday nights?  (we picked Wednesday right?).  I think we agreed that we wanted to do our own thing and not join Green Drinks.  We just need to find the right spot.
