Breaking news! Earlier today, Earthjustice, the nonprofit environmental law organization, filed a lawsuit on behalf of ForestEthics, Sierra Club, the Center for Biological Diversity, and joins Communities for a Better Environment (CBE)’s Staff Attorneys, representing CBE and its members in a lawsuit to to stop daily 100-Car Train Deliveries of Toxic Crude Oil to a Bakersfield oil terminal.
