I'd like to thank the 4 other individuals who spoke at Monday's city council meeting.  I'd also like to ask the other 181 members of this group why you chose not to speak up against the 350,000 tons of CO2 McNeil emits every year on behalf of VSPPA, GMP and BED rate payers.
