Follow up on the important ideas discussed at the November meeting:

1. Weatherization team hopes to do an orientation in Jan 2026
2, Transportation team looking at doing a fun event or other activities to bring new people in/promote public transportation
3. Ending McNeil -  350VT and No Biomass people working on this -  Do an action around ending McNeil and develop a strategy to close it 
4.  Activate more members; Do outreach to the many people on our mailing list
3. Offer a monthly email newsletter (like Indivisible and Third Act) with activities and updates (Lisa Lax willing to help with this). Suggest items for this
at each node meeting.
4. Have an event with a speaker Carter Neubieser, Trevian Stanger (St. Michael's Ecology prof) and Brian Tokar (helped start 350, author/activist former Goddard College faculty member, lecturer UVM Environmental program) all mentioned as possible presenters. Schedule this for a public place and invite widely
