With an eye to the snow predicted, let's gather together on the screen to enjoy the first Chittenden Node meeting of 2026.  On the agenda:
A big welcome, introductions and a mindful interlude
Brief update from 350Chittenden's working groups including:
1. Green Mountain Transit campaign
2. McNeil (no more biomass) 
3. Outreach and node expansion                                                                                                                                                              
4. Weatherization
5. Ratepayer protection campaign
5. TENS and Town Plans and SOLAR!
See the attached 12/28 node notes for follow up on the working group plans discussed at the November meeting (highlighted)

Select the focus, content and author for February's Note from the Node  

Consider setting quantifiable goals for our working group efforts

Report on/announce anything of importance to the group

Celebrate winter's beauty and end with commitments to a well-defined action steps

First agenda item needs to be agenda review. This would assign time limits for each item. Also designate a lead person. 
Is item a report or does a decision need to be made.
Also select time keeper.

I'm going to be virtual this time, there's something wrong with my car and I want to drive as little as possible until I can bring it in on Wednesday. I'll miss the popcorn, thats for sure!
