For July, our node is highlighting FUN and COMMUNITY. These elements are so important for sustaining our activist energy and commitment. To build both, we are hosting a special event.

Summer PICNIC!

Wednesday July 29, 2026 (rain or shine)

5:00-8:00 PM

• At the Large pavilion in Maple Street Park (75 Maple Street) Essex Jct.        

• A potluck food gathering and opportunity to connect on climate justice.

• Any of our members, future members, members of other climate groups, kids of all ages are welcome!

• Please bring an environment-friendly food dish to share (vegetarian preferred) with an ingredient list, your own plate and utensils, and a drink container.        

This is an opportunity to connect with others, to share what our node has been doing and to learn what projects would interest and excite you. We will have an information table with sign-up sheets.

Mark your calendar, invite your friends! Come for all or just part of the time.
