The Lieutenant Governors of Divisions 12, 34, and 43 are thrilled to invite YOU to this year’s Key Club Training Conference: Disney ROYALS! Come join us on Sunday, July 23rd to learn more about Key Club through fun activities and to meet Key Clubbers from across the Bay Area!
Registration is now open, so please read over this entire email and fill out the RSVP form ASAP. Attendance is encouraged for all members and HIGHLY recommended for all officers and Division Leadership Team members. It is mandatory for at least one officer from every club to attend.

Event Details
When: Sunday, July 23rd, 2023 from 12:00 - 4:00 PM (lunch provided)
Where: Oak Meadow Park | 233 Blossom Hill Rd, Los Gatos, CA 95032
Who: All Key Clubbers and Advisors from Divisions 12, 34, and 43
Attire: Key Club Casual (wear your division t-shirt if you have one, but if not, please try to wear your division colors!)
Registration Fee (includes lunch): $5 (cash only)
What is KCTC?
Key Club Training Conference (KCTC) is an annual event hosted by Region 17 and is open to all members and officers of Divisions 12E, 12S, 12W, 34N, 34S, and 43. At KCTC, Key Clubbers are given the opportunity to attend informational workshops, participate in fun activities, and meet new people. Members and officers will be trained on how they can better serve their homes, schools, and communities, as well as enhance their own Key Club experience! All divisions will also host their July DCMs at KCTC.
What to Expect
This year, the theme for KCTC will be Disney ROYALS! We will have workshops for specific officer positions and round robin presentations with topics ranging from our preferred charities to Key Club spirit. How to Register
Please register using the form found HERE or at tinyurl.com/kctcdisneyroyals by Sunday, July 16th at 11:59 PM. Every attendee must fill out the registration form so that we can get an accurate headcount for food.
The $5.00 registration fee must be paid at the event. We will only be accepting cash, so please be prepared to bring the full registration fee on Sunday, July 23rd!
Reminders
Please make sure to regularly check your email, your division Instagram, and the Region 17 Instagram (@region17royals) for the latest updates and reminders! More information will be sent out in the next few weeks for those who have registered. Also, remember that all July DCMs will be held at KCTC and that no separate RSVP is needed for the DCM (just complete the KCTC registration form).
