The 2023-2024 Division 34S T-Shirt Design Contest is OFFICIALLY OPEN! If you are interested in seeing your design worn by all of our amazing D34S Key Clubbers for the next year, please get creative and submit a design! Designs can be submitted at tinyurl.com/d34stshirtcontest by TOMORROW, Saturday, JULY 8TH AT 11:59 PM.

Promoting Healthy Habits Service Week
Next week, our division will be hosting a Promoting Healthy Habits Service Week! Every day, there will be an activity or informational post relating to the theme of improving health and building meaningful habits.
Monday - Charity Miles
Log into our Division Charity Miles and get some exercise while gaining service hours! Read more about how to participate HERE!
Tuesday - Color-A-Smile
Join a virtual service event to relax and make some cheerful drawings for senior citizens, our troops overseas, the housebound, residents in nursing facilities, and anyone in need of a smile.

Submit mental health themed infographics to be featured on our Instagram! Read more about how to participate HERE!
Thursday - St. Jude Card Making
Join us on Zoom to send cards and uplifting messages to St. Jude patients! Zoom information will be posted on our Instagram soon.
Friday - Healthy Eating Infographic
Submit healthy eating themed infographics to be featured on our Instagram! Read more about how to participate HERE!
Please join us for service events over Zoom, interact with our social media posts, and even host events of your own with your clubs related to the theme of healthy habits! Be on the lookout for more information on our Instagram (@d34south)!
Summer Club Visitations
Just a reminder that I will be holding summer club visitations to get to know you all better, discuss plans for the term, get an update on how you are doing as a club. I understand that many of you are busy with summer plans, but please try to find a time that works for the majority of your officer board! If not, I am open to scheduling times in early August (as long as we can meet before club rush/your club’s first meeting of the year).
Many of you have already completed or scheduled a time, but if not, please choose one representative from each club officer board to fill out the availability/sign up form HERE as soon as possible! Upon receiving your submission, I will contact your club’s officer board directly confirming a time and sending out a meeting agenda. Can’t wait to chat with all of you!
July DCM + Beach Cleanup
Thank you to everyone who attended our June DCM + Beach Cleanup with Division 43! We had a great time hanging out at the beach, cleaning up trash, and meeting some amazing tigers from the Santa Cruz/Monterey area. Hope to see you all at our July DCM at KCTC!
Key Club Training Conference + July DCM
The Lieutenant Governors of Divisions 12, 34, and 43 are thrilled to invite YOU to this year’s Key Club Training Conference: Disney ROYALS! Come join us on Sunday, July 23rd to learn more about Key Club through fun activities and to meet Key Clubbers from across the Bay Area!
When: Sunday, July 23rd, 2023 from 12:00 - 4:00 PM (lunch provided)
Where: Oak Meadow Park | 233 Blossom Hill Rd, Los Gatos, CA 95032
Who: All Key Clubbers and Advisors from Divisions 12, 34, and 43
Attire: Key Club Casual (wear your division t-shirt if you have one, but if not, please try to wear your division colors!)
Payment: The $5.00 registration fee can be paid in cash at the event

Attendance is encouraged for ALL members, and highly recommended for officers. It is mandatory for at least one officer from each club to attend. If no officers from your club are available, please let me know ASAP! Be on the lookout for more information soon!
Region 17 Summer of Service Bingo Competition
In the month of July, get prepared to serve as Region 17 will be hosting a region wide bingo! Each division is challenged to complete service events to attempt to get the perfect bingo!
YOUR job is to host events completing these bingo challenges with your clubs! Our division will also be hosting events, but in order to win we need participation from EVERYONE! You can view the bingo board at tinyurl.com/r17summerofservice23 and submit challenges at tinyurl.com/r17summerofservicesubs. The first division to get bingo will have the opportunity to PIE three DLT members from participating divisions, including LTGs :)
Get brainstorming, because we only have until July 23rd, the day of KCTC, to win!
