Minutes are fine. We will bring the cheque tomorrow.

Parvinder must have mentioned that Oxfam promised to support stage and sound banner exp etc + in case we are able to get some celebrities at this short notice and have to pick up the tkts for them Oxfam will do that.
We are trying to mobilise 500 people. Speaking to colleges and schools to send senior students.
If the online campaign picks up it will help a great deal.

Dear All

I have just received feedback from Shabnam ji and Jagmati ji on the minutes of yesterda’s meeting.  The minor change in the minutes is that Shobha ji from All India Mahila Congress mentioned about bringing in 2000 particiapants for the rally.

 

·         Rest Can I please request each organization to mention the number of participants they will get?

 

·         Also with regard to the expenses for the cheque of Rs.5,000/-  has to be in the name of WomenPowerConnect.      We will present the statement of expences with supporting bills and documents after the campaign activities. Hope that is fine.
