hood hinges?

Hi,

Wondering if anyone has any good condition hood hinges for the GTX that they'd like to sell?  One of mine broke at the pivot and the other is pretty tight.

I'm in Arvada, CO.

On car-part.com (a junk yard site search engine), I searched 1989 mazda 323 hood hinge, and found three vehicles listed:

One appears to be complete at https://a1autorecyclersnm.com/ in New Mexico.

I would wager that you can give them some money to pull and ship them.

That was a great idea!  Thanks for finding those.  I just ordered them.  I did find a pair in Australia and ordered those a few days ago.  So, now I'll have spares.

Hey, some good news on this:

It looks like Mazda still sells hinges for the GTX, and they're $30ish a piece.

I did see those and tried to order them.  Unfortunately the dealer canceled the order saying the listing was incorrect. 

Quick question.  Do you know if I have to remove the fenders to get to remove these hinges?  Looks like it from what I can tell, but if someone knows of a trick, it would be appreciated.

You have to remove the fenders to replace the hinges.
