Fellow 70s Era Officers of the 1st Battalion, 320th (Airborne) Field
Artillery, 82nd Airborne Division Artillery, Fort Bragg, NC:

I should have (shortly) the detailed agenda and hotel registration
information for the 26-28 May 2010 reunion at Fort Bragg, as well as
the banquet sign up. In addition, the current list of attendees.
Stay tuned.

PS:

If anybody has Mark Brigham's new email address, please send it to me!

Thanks.

I used this address today for Mark Brigham and it didn't bounce mbri...@hvc.rr.com

Do you want me to send a letter to the Officers that do not have email?? I will be glad to do it.

I finally got the Frank Cavanaugh info straightened out. I had him listed as Richard and was still looking for Frank thinking they were two different men.

Do you know anything about a LTC Randall J Anderson??

I received info on about six more names since I sent the email asking about Cavanaugh. I will update you if I find someone new.

Anything I can help with just let me know.

Rodger,

This information is a little dated...but, the last I heard LTC Randall J. Anderson (a very fine man) was working for Military Personnel Resources, Inc (MPRI) which, I believe was GEN Carl Vuono's after the Army operation. Interestingly, I have not seen GEN Vuono's name mentioned as he was my first DivArty Commander at Fort Bragg. By my estimation, another super gentlemen. Perhaps something has happened to each of these men.

Has anyone brought up John House, Mike Goodwin, Carl Sublett, and a Lieutenant named Murphy?

Just my comments.

Lineback, Gen Vuono works for L-3Com now, and he is alive and well.

Frank,

Have you thought of trying to get the 82D chorus for the dinner?

Our friend Larry Lineback referred to Lieutenant John House. John M (COL, Ret) and his wife, Marilyn, reside at 7816 Eagle Drive, Midland, GA 31820, phone: 706.563.2446. Don't have his email address.

Roger,
Here is my latest info on Randal J. Anderson, COL-Ret, 5817 Westchester St., Alexandria, VA 22310, PH: (703)924-0250.  He was my Bn XO in the 1-320 FA, "76-'78, and then commanded the 1-320 FA, '80-'82.  He then commanded the 101st Division Artillery at Ft Campbell and Desert Shield/Storm '89-'91.  By '89, I believe all the 320th Battalions were in the 101st.

You also might consider if you haven't already Auggie (August J.) Fucci, COL (r) Gil Rudderman and there was another Lt Anderson (Stel he was the Charlie Battery FDO when you were the XO, maybe Richard?). Then there was Lt Trevino from C Battery when I was the XO, but can't remember his real first name we called him Lee. There is Rick Brown who commanded B Battery.

Cowboy!!  How the hell are you?

I think it was Rick Anderson, or “Weasel” as we called him.  Also there was “Jammer” (Jim Maher?) our tennis playing XO in C Battery, but not sure where he got off to.

Trevino’s first name was, in fact, Lee; but with a higher handicap.

Jammer was Jim Mayer.  Had a muscle deterioration in his lat or something that ruined his tennis, at least short-term.  I know Gil Ruderman but not from the 82d..don't know where he is but I can probably find him.

I left a message on his answering machine this morning. Best you call him as he will not know me from Adam.

I worked on Jim Mayer but need a Middle name and get as close to his age as possible. If you remember the wife's name it helps like crazy also.
