Room Reservations must be received no later than Sunday, April 25,
2010 or you may not be able to secure a room. Rooms not canceled by 6
p.m. on the day of arrival will be charged to the individual’s credit
card. Check in time is 3 p.m. and check out time is 11 a.m.

The cost will be $37.50 per person, which includes the meal, dessert,
tax, and gratuity. I would note, however, that this does not include
alcoholic beverages ordered at the bar prior to the dinner or during
the dinner.
Attendees planning to attend the dinner complete the attached
