I agreed to help with coordination again here at FT Bragg.
Also, I Cc’ed Ike Eisenbarth who is local here and may be able to attend as well.

Forwarding on behalf of the 1/320/82 Airborne Reunion - RodgerJacobson@320thfieldartilleryassociation.org
Gentlemen,
I sent this message to you several days ago and only a few of you received it. Most all mail servers are now limiting us to 25 recipients per email. We have a service with our Website that allows up to 99 recipients so I have started using that. I had misunderstood how many could be sent and exceeded the limit on my first try so now have reworked my Group address books and will try again. I will insert the Battery I am sending to in the subject line so if never served in that Btry and do not want to receive messages for that Btry just let me know and I will remove you from that list. Some of you served in 4 different Battery’s so you will be receiving the same message 4 different times as I will for the time being send to you by Btry Groups only. Eventually I will get set up so I can send Messages that Concerns ALL 320/82 Troops into 4 groups of 99 each so that you no longer receive duplicates. I’m sorry about this and doing the best I can.
The 320th Field Artillery Association and Friends Reunion is May 24/27 2012 in Fayetteville, NC. Contract for Hotel not signed yet but is in the Works. Hotel Room Rates look like they will be in the $100.00 per night range. Registration will be in the $65.00 range or less depending on if and how many Tour busses we need to use.
This is also the time of year for you to download the Membership Application and help support your Association. Of the 250 320/82 Troopers that are Found Bickey Forrest, Yancy Harrington, William Dillingham, Leonard Filipkowski, Ken Still and Burt Vanderclute are Lifetime Members. We have a dozen others that have paid Annual dues at some time in the past but are not currently up to date. These report may not be 100% correct as you may have mailed in dues recently and I have not entered the information onto the Data Base yet. If you have Paid Lifetime Dues and you are not credited here please let me know. If you can’t download the Application just send your Check without the Application to:

We are not in any Financial trouble at the present time but the bills keep going up and income is going down. A very large part of the income comes or came from the 1951/1956 Troopers that started this Association. They are passing away at a very high rate and at least 60% are now gone and many of them were Life Members. An Association Business Meeting will be held at the Reunion and a Financial Report will be available.
The Membership Application is Attached so please download and send it in. (Please do not wait and try to Pay at the Reunion as it makes a lot of extra work and we do not like to have that extra cash on hand) If it is Mailed in we can put it in the bank.
The Reunion Registration will also be emailed to you when plans are completed and all Registration will be by Snail Mail in Advance.
To those of you that have already Volunteered to help with the Reunion, Please speak up again so we can get you on the list. We need to make contact with the local Newspaper to make a Press Release that the Reunion will take place and who to contact. We know there are many more 320/82 Troopers in the Fayetteville, NC area not yet found.
If you want to have a Golf Outing that needs to be set up. We need to contact the Active Duty Troops for Color Guards for our Banquet. We need to contact the 82nd to get their Chorus to sing at the Saturday evening Banquet. We should see what activities can be arranged with the Active duty Troops to possibly see a Live Jump and many other possibilities.
If you plan on attending the reunion it would really be a great help to hear from you saying count me in. Right now we have no idea if we should plan for 25 or 250 guests.
Thank You and “Airborne”
