District award Bidding for 2012-13

Dear All Presidents and secretaries and Asst. Governors,

Kindly look into the attachment sent to you in word file regarding bidding of awards. The last date to receive the forms is 16th. Nov. 2013. Kindly comply with all the necessary data in the bidding format as detailed below each point and either send to me in electronic form or give a hard copy to your Asst. Governor who will be also present for the award judging along with PDG Ravi Deshpande, DGE Ganesh Bhat, DGN Shriniwas malu and DRFC Bazil D' Souza.

My request to the Asst. Governors to kindly confirm their attendance by mail or SMS to me. The rooms for all the AGs and our Guests have been already booked at Caritas Holiday Home, St. Inez, panaji Goa. The session will start at 11-30 am on 16-11-13 and will wind by 11 am the next day.
