Dear all,

This is to inform you that the Dist. award judging will be on 16th. and 17th. Nov. 2013 from 11-30 am onwards at Caritas Holiday Home, St. Inez, Near Pharmacy College, Panaji, Goa. It is mandatory for the AGs to attend unfailingly. We will also have DGE, DGN, PDG Ravi, DRFC Bazil attending the event to guide us for the judging. Kindly keep the dates free. I will be sending the copies of the format for the bidding for the recognised Dist. awards. Please do complete them and handover with all documentary proofs to your AGs or you may post the same to me.
