Concerns about Emma

Good Evening Professor Dalbey,

I'm trying to get Emma set up within our groups build script so that Emma can be run during the execution of BlueJ (and the accompanying FixStyle). 

However, most of the examples that I've noticed, deals with including Emma with the java command.

This gives me some amount of pause seeing that we are building the jar file, not executing BlueJ, so we have no java command within the Build script.  I'm just wondering if you have tested out Emma on an extension contained within BlueJ, and if so, how you went about doing it?

I'm going to continue trying to work around this roadblock, but any insight into incorporating Emma into the jar build script would be most appreciated.
