Anyone ever tried to build a standard 3 bedroom and 2 bath house with this concept that could be sold in a developed country?

Thanks

I was speaking about using the idea of a $300 house to build a 3 bedroom for regular consumption. Mainly to accommodate a larger family. It does not have to be $300, it could be $5000 or even more but still much cheaper than conventional means available today.

We could pick any of the challenge winners and adapt..
