Maya in the hospital today....

Thank you for your prayers for little Maya.   We just received the following email from Sharon.

Dear Bob and Bobbie

 

We took Maya today again. ECo, ECG were normal. The doctor says she doesn't have Rheumatic Heart Disease but her blood pressure is very high-130/100. Today also she had the same. So the doctor did some more tests-Thyroid function, Ultrasound of stomach and 24 hrs urine test. We have to take her tomorrow also. 

Munna and Santosh are going back to Chitwan tomorrow . Maya is staying in the hostel because everything will be closed from tomorrow for a week. The doctor has started medicine for blood pressure. They were all surprised at this. Maybe the other tests will show the reason for high blood pressure.

I think they will refer Maya to another hospital tomorrow.
