Dear Brothers & Sisters,

 

2013 CCICSV church retreat is right in front us, although I 2012 retreat is still fresh in my mind. Dearly welcome you coming to the congregation.

 

First I want you to read the attached file “What to bring, and Direction”

·         Only Cabin goers need to bring bedding stuff, such as sheet, sleeping bag, pillows….

·         Only one route is recommended, and the rest two are bad choices – prepare plastic bags if you insist driving on those roads.

 

Second, the on-Camp check in starts at 4:00PM Friday 6^th September, at Tabernacle conference room. Park your car at Camp Entrance temporally, proceed to check in. After check in and got you room key, drive up to your residence. And following

·         dinner starts at 6:00PM

·         meeting starts at 7:00PM. The dining hall closes at 7:00PM. If you planning coming late, we have snacks after the meeting – cup noodles.

·         Encourage you coming earlier, walking on the camp ground, relax prepare for the meal. Actually my real concern is that you would find roads easier at day light.
