Starting at 7 a.m. on Saturday. The plan is for 60 miles. I know many of the crew will be in New Orleans. If anyone is planning on coming out for the training ride let me know so I'll be on the lookout.
Good luck to all the racers at Ironman New Orleans. Weather is looking perfect so I expect some fast bike and run times! I know Team 2nd Century will be firing on all cylinders!
