Craziness!  How about just bumping it up to an even 100?  Has Tommy agreed to this?  Then you're both nuts!  Sounds like a long hot ride for 2 people.  Many of us will be at the Diamondhead race this Saturday. Good luck and be safe.  Hope maybe we can get a large group ride in the following Sat. - unfortunately without the TL cracking the whip though.

I'll be there.

Leonard, not only did I agree to this I called Gregg early this
morning to request it. I do not disagree about the crazy comment. I
could say the same when you and your parnters in crime participate in
Ironman (full and 70.3) events. Not going to bump it up to 100 gotta
save a little something for Southern Magnolia.

I will be riding next Saturday. I will collect the whip from TL after
our ride this Saturday so I can use it the following weekend.

The A team is the A team I discovered in the park yesterday!  Wow!  You guys roll....I was rockin' just trying to keep up for 1/4 mile.  Had just finished a 1200 yd swim, did my 22 mile bike and then ran 5.  Got an Olympic tri coming up that David Gress wanted to do with me....but he's gotta sign up!!!!

Details please.  Who rode?  Did Pete show?  Was 80 much harder than 70 with the heat?

We had Bolt, TTT, and myself for the full 81.  Anna rode with us the first 28 miles and David Gress rode with us the first 24 miles.  Bolt said Pete didn't want to ride 80 so he was going to ride 40 in the park today.

We all kept the super hard pulls to a minimum till the end so it didn't feel drastically harder than 70.  For me the heat was pretty brutal the last 10 miles.  We all took a hard dig at each other the last 6 miles.  Probably not going to do 80 every weekend but it was a good litmus test.  Having the extra rider(s) was huge too.

I will join you and Pete for 15 to 20 miles of your 30. Legs and

Well the rain blew through pretty quick. After about 20 trips to look
out the window to see if it was dry enough I decided to pedal on the
wet roads. I got out at 5:45 for 15 miles @ 19.3 average. Pleased with
the legs response after the 80 miler yesterday.

Nice to see Matt Lott in the park.

75 degrees after the rain stopped. 30 miles of pure park solitude.
