Pain Train was fun tonight.  Scott, Pete, Danny, Anna, Cicely, and myself all took pulls.  The north wind heading out to Hwy 90 was epic at 20-30 mph.  It was funny to see people in arm warmers and long sleeve shirts in May.  Danny put down the fastest lap of the year so far at 10:36 and that was with an extremely slow Hwy 90 turnaround due to traffic.

Thanks guys, enjoyed the pain train again this week. Looks like I was
the one providing a mid-ride rest with the slow lap at 20.6. Question
is, will I get faster if I keep coming back for more pain??? One
thing for sure, the miles go by fast. I really like being home at the
end of the ride instead of driving all the way back from Woolmarket,
too.

There is another group riding in the park on Thursdays now - the
former Northrop Grumman cycling team (now shipbuilding members
association, SMA) should be out there tomorrow night.
