Greetings from Infosys!
At the outset, we thank you for being an active partner in our journey to enhance the quality of engineering education in the country.
We believe that faculty is the KEY link in this collaboration between Industry and Academia.
As a step towards strengthening the bonds with our faculty members, Infosys is pleased to announce Inspire – The Faculty Contest Series with following objectives:
· Provide a platform to faculty to showcase and share the talent with a larger community · Enhance teaching styles and readiness to roll-out Foundation Program and Soft Skills program · Enjoy Problem Solving and experience the joy of leading / working in a team · Help Faculty benchmark themselves with the Best-in-Class across the State/ Country
Inspire comes in two flavors – Techie Track and Professional Knack (Soft Skills) so as to provide a holistic environment for the participants to exercise their skill set. The contests will be held at two levels – College Round to be held online via Campus Connect portal, and DC Finals at Infosys Development Centre.
The Techie Track includes the following two types of contests:
1. CaseFolio - Case Study Generation Contest (College Round and DC Finals) 2. Hands On! - Project Development Contest (College Round and DC Finals)
The Professional Knack contest will take place in 2 phases:
1. My Magic Mantra (College Round Contests) 2. Melting Pot - Competitions at Infosys campus (for those qualified from My Magic Mantra)
Please login to the Campus Connect Portal https://campusconnect.infosys.com/ and refer to Inspire section for more details about the Contest Series. Kindly go through the attached Briefing Kit on Inspire.
Please note a few important dates with respect to Inspire Schedule:
Kindly circulate this amongst the faculty team at your institution and encourage maximum participation from your end. Faculty members who have registered with Campus Connect portal would be able to participate in the contests through the portal.
