With reference to our telephonic discussion on campus placements for 2016 batch, please confirm recruitment drive at your Patiala Campus for your students on Thursday, January 14, 2016.

 

1)      Openings are for both day shift and night shift

 

                    ASD-10

                    ABA-5

 

2)      Position- During internship: Software Trainee/ ABA Trainee.

After training period, on permanent employment: Associate Software Developer / Associate Business Analyst. Trainees who complete their training period successfully will be selected as permanent employees.

3)      Associate Software Developer profile- B. Tech (IT/CSE), M. Tech (IT/CSE),  MCA

Associate Business Analyst profile- B. Tech (IT/CSE/ECE/Electrical), M. Tech (IT/CSE/ECE/Electrical)

4)      JD for the two positions is attached, candidates should mention on their test paper for which position they are applying. Candidates can apply for more than one position.

5)      Only those candidates should appear who are available for immediate joining and would like to serve OATIndia after internship period as well. Confirmation for permanent employment will be subject to the performance during internship period.

          

6)      Skills and competencies:

Good communication skills, in depth knowledge of technical aspects, knowledge on software development life cycle, testing, debugging techniques, Java, JavaScript, HTML, C/C++, CSS, SQL & Windows.

 

7)      Recruitment  Process

 

a. Written Test
b. Technical Interview (Round 1 and 2)
c.   HR interview

ABA Interviews will be held at OATIndia office on a mutually agreed date.

 

 

8)      Eligibility criteria

                a. 60 % in final degree
                b. No backlogs

 

9)      Location: Mohali

 

10)   Compensation:

§  Stipend during internship: Rs 6000/- for day shift and 8,000/-  for night shift (per month)

§  For selected candidates on permanent selection annual CTC will be Rs 2.20 lacs to Rs 2.92 lacs.

(Rs 18,000 per month salary for day shift and Rs 24, 100 per month salary for night shift. This is cash in hand. Apart from this medical insurance and life insurance are also provided).

 

11)   Selected candidates will be required to sign 18 months service agreement with OATIndia (this includes 4-5 months of training period as well)

 

12)   Date of joining: 1^st week of February (tentative)
