Step 1:- Selection Process:
 
Ø  Online Test consists of Aptitude, Logic, verbal ability and Technical knowledge (Networking, Linux and Windows),
 
Ø  Group Discussion.
 
Ø  Technical and HR Interview.
 
Step 2:- Candidates short listed (after the interviews) will be issued a Letter of Intent. They will have to undergo approximately 4 to 6 weeks Free of Cost training on various technology, Citrix product soft skills.  However Travelling, boarding and lodging part of the training have to borne by the candidates individually.

 

Step 3:- Final interview shall be conducted for candidates who have undergone the training.

 

In case the number of shortlist conform to the minimum number defined by Citrix, the company may accordingly decide the location for the training. However, the candidate should be OK to attend the training at any location in India as defined by Citrix.
 
Work will be in Shifts. Though the shifts are usually fixed for at least one quarter.
