Dear colleagues,

Thank you to everyone who has submitted presentations or generously volunteered as reviewers and session chairs, your contributions have made this year’s RSAA25 an exciting and vibrant event in the making! We’ve received many submissions and are shaping a full, diverse program featuring an inspiring keynote, presentations, workshops, and Birds of a Feather (BoF) sessions.

To help bring the conference to life, we’re now inviting more volunteers to join our team. Whether you’re new or have volunteered with us before, your involvement is deeply appreciated and essential to making RSAA25 a success.

We’re currently looking for support in these key roles:

• External Communications Manager
  Share exciting updates on social media about tickets, presenters, program highlights, and important dates, helping us connect with and grow our community.

• Scholarship Manager
  Champion inclusivity by managing scholarship and micro-grant applications, liaising with Finance, and communicating with recipients.

• Session Chairs
  Guide sessions smoothly by welcoming speakers, moderating Q&A, and keeping the schedule on track.

Volunteering is a wonderful opportunity to build new skills, strengthen community ties, and be part of an inspiring event celebrating research software excellence.
