update not taking

after updating app the emblem is not sticking in my extension bar???
After updating the app works until i close down the chrome browser.
When I reopen browser the set up window pops up again even though the
app is listed as set up in my extension folder. I will reset up and
then all my old pages will reload at once. Not sure if I am doing
something wrong but it works perfectly when I first set it up until I
close down browser. As I said the little man emblem is not showing in
my extension bar, is it suppose to show up or is this just the way the
new update works???

There are a couple things here, so I'll address them in order:

1. The icon no longer holds any functionality, and we were getting requests to remove it, so we did. It will be back in later versions.

2. After you connect your Google account, you are returned to the setup page. You need to make sure you click "Continue >>" through to step 5, or the extension doesn't consider itself "setup" yet. Once you do that, it should start working for you. If not, please do write in again.

After I set up the extension it works great until I log out of my
chrome account or even restart the computer. When I do this the
extension still says it is installed but will not work until I reset
up the extension. In the section where it asks me to install my URL
imfo I just left it the way you had it set up. Another words I didn't
put any imfo in that field but left it the way you had the imfo
installed. Not sure if that is where my problems lie?????
Please help, I love this app.

This is an acknowledged issue I found in the build. I've yet to be able to reproduce it, but am working on a fix at the moment. I'll let you know when it's updated.

Thank You Paddy,
I have gone all the way thru to step 5 as you asked another person. It
did take because I was sending links and it worked great. After I log
out or restart computer the extension will not work. It is still in my
extension download draw and it states it is installed. If I uninstall
and go thru the process again it works until like before until I log
out.
