2.0.1 has landed

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to take a moment to let you all know what's going on. I just pushed version 2.0.1 live for Android, Chrome, and the server. This should patch all the reported issues, including the empty grey box, Chrome not opening links after it has been closed, Chrome's memory leak, Silent Send not working, and a few other things. The update is, as always, available through the Market and Webstore, and you may also get them from the project page at http://code.google.com/p/android2cloud.

I apologise for taking so long to patch my own mistakes. Please let me know if there are still failures I haven't rectified.
