Hi Mr Frank,
Thank for responding and wishing to alleviate their hardship. Honestly the filters will do them good. Most especially those staying in the host communities as their source of water is from vendours.
How do you want to do it?. As said we hve 14 camps but the largest is hosting abt over 18000 idps. So when ready just email me.
Thanks.

Subject: Re: [2aw2sn] Plight for Borno IDPs

Hi Aisha,
Our heart always go out to the victims of the insurgency ravaging parts of the Northern States that are without the much needed protective net to alleviate their suffering. Without gainsaying, we are can imagine the precarious water, sanitation  and hygiene environment the IDPs will be facing.
Our organization will be willing to provide some support with some filters if logistics can be arranged as soon as possible, and equally provide opportunities for NGOs willing to promote the device as state or zonal distributors to invest in the filters.
I have attached a fact sheet on the Hydraid biosand water filters with relevant information.
We await your feedback.

Its is unfortunate that people are refugee's in their mother land. When l went to some of this camps, l feel sad and worried because of their hygiene/sanitation habit and practices. The scenerio is disheartening more especially with the onset of raining season. A lot of sani/hygiene related disease wl ravege them. Moreover, most are women and children as there husbands and male children were killed or adopted by the insurgent.
Support and or assist in whatever means to alleviate their suffering and welbeing to achieve healthy living despite their agonies. Some of these women treak for abt 75km to reach safe zone, mguri. Alot gave birth on their way and many died and lost their babies. Infact lot more to tell.
