Hey everyone, glad to be a part of this forum.

I pastor in California at New Hope Chapel Los Angeles. Presently I am
the EM pastor of a 2nd Generation congregation. I believe there are
many issues at stake concerning the 2nd Gen Church and the future
thereof.

I have had the pleasure in participating in many discussions concerning
the condition of the 2nd Gen Church and have yet to find both a fair
assessment of the present state of 2nd Gen Church as well as an
inspiring vision as to where it is heading.

I am eager to hear from each of you and rebound some of my own ideas.
