29th SJG Cub Pack - Annual District Camp at Gilwell on 7-9 Mar 2014 (Reminder)

Dear Cubs and Parents

Our annual District 2 night tenting camp is this coming weekend and the details are attached. Although the weather may not be ideal, we do ask that Cubs make every effort to attend. 'Roughing it' is part of the learning process for Cubs.  In addition, we have made a financial commitment to the District and if attendance is low our pack finances will be impacted.  

If you haven't already done so, please let me know if your Cub will be attending and where they will meet the bus (DBIS, Sunny Bay or Choi Hung).

Cheques should be made payable to “Scout Association of Hong Kong 29th Silver Jubilee Group" with the Cub's name on the back.

 

As per all our outings, please bring the signed permission slip and hand it to the uniformed leader before the Cub boards the bus.
