JOTT & Dolphin Watch - attendance list (11-May-14)

Dear Cubs & Parents

Please find attached the attendance list for this Sunday's JOTT & Dolphin watch. There have been some cancellations, so we have a few spaces available.  Please let me know if you or other family members are interested to attend.

The weather may not be perfect, however we can not afford to change the date again even if there is an Amber / Red rain / thunderstorm warning.  If that is the case, then we will have a parent outing instead of a Cub event so that we would not be restricted by the Scout's association policy.  If there is a black rain or T3 warning, then the cancellation will be initiated by the Dolphin Watch people, and we don't need to forfeit our payment. 

Please make the cheques in the amount of $200 per participant payable to the "Scout Association of Hong Kong 29th Silver Jubilee Group" and remember to bring along the permission slips.
