Dear Cubs & Parents
We have arranged for our Cubs to go on a Dolphin Watch boat tour (hkdolphinwatch.com) on Saturday 29th March 2014. The cost is $200 per person.
We will leave and return from Discovery Bay via the DB01R bus at 12:00 and 17:00 respectively. Alternatively, Cubs and parents may join us at the Tung Chung New Development Pier at 12:50 for the 13:00 departure. The boat will return to the same pier at 16:00.
The boat can accommodate 56 people, at this time we have 46 Cubs and family members and the remaining spots have been offered to the Beavers. Attached is the list of those who have committed to attending..
Advanced Preparation
1. We require the full legal name of all the participants along with telephone numbers for the tour operator to provide to the HK Marine Department. Please email this to me no later than Tuesday 25th March 2014.
2. In the same email, please advise where your Cub (and family) will meet our group (DB or at Tung Chung New Town Pier)
We still require the original of the attached permission slip when the Cub joins our group to comply with the Scout Association of Hong Kong insurance policy.
The event will be cancelled if T3+, a thunderstorm warning, amber/red/black rainstorm warning or a landslide warning is issued by 9:00 AM on the day.

P.S. The uniformed leaders are attending training this weekend, so there is no Cub meeting on the Saturday, 22nd of March.
