Dear cubs and parents

Our annual Districk 2 night tenting camp is this coming weekend.  Details are attached. 

 

Please reply to me with confirmation that your Cub will be attending and where they will meet the bus (DBIS, Sunny Bay or Choi Hung).

 

As per all our outings, please bring the signed permission slip and hand it to the uniformed leader before the Cub boards the bus.

We will leave in the DBIS bus.  I myself will get a ride back in the beavers coach Saturday evening.

Amy and Katie Seager will both attend. 

We will all be on the bus Friday from DBIS. 

Me and my husband Matt will attend for Friday night only. We have to leave Saturday afternoon after lunch as it is our youngest daughter's birthday the next day. So any parent helpers who want to take over from our time of departure that would be great :)))

Dear Martin

Savanna will be attending this camp. Unfortunately I am not able to attend as I have rugby commitments with my other daughter.  Savanna will need to be collected Sunday morning approx 12.30 noon in order to be at HK Football Club for a 2pm kick off rugby tournament.  Perhaps you could advise me if you hear of any other parents travelling from DB to the camp Sunday morning to do the same.  Also if you can give me an idea where you are likely to be on the camp around 12.30 so we can find her.
