summary of today's meeting and prep for Thursday

Hi all,

Today at our short meeting we decided that we will focus on the "dial." For Thursday, we will each develop the concept a little more. Some areas to develop:
user interface
appearance
adding demand response element

At our meeting on Thursday at 2:30 we will decide on its specific implementation.

On the syllabus, it says for Thursday to:

Upload Project Drafts to bSpace on: Business model canvas, rough financial models, triple bottom line strategy. Summarize lessons learned.

I am guessing that this is another one of those soft deadlines. I think that we should wait to write these drafts until Thursday when we have figured out exactly what we will do.
Thereafter, Duncan will work on costing and Vu will work on the financial model. Note that as far as the syllabus is concerned, we don't turn in a paper on these items—we are preparing these items for the final presentation.

I think it is likely that we will need to get together this weekend to improve our prototype for the presentation. I am busy Sunday from 1-about 6 PM but otherwise available. Others?
