coffee vending machine

according to the following mail sent by maint council on gpo plz let me know if there are any changes in your decision of having the coffee card latest by tonight....

Junta,

As you all know, we are getting coffee vending machine in the hostel in
this semester. The coffee machine will be card-operated, which will
be rechargeable through mess accounts. The card will be issued at the cost
of Rs. 100/- for 4 years. So, if a fourthie (B. Tech) is issued a card this
year, then he will be refunded Rs. 75/- next year when he gives the card
back in undamaged condition and similarly for other students (i.e. Rs. 25/-
will be deducted for the card per year). Also, the coffee machine provide:
tea, coffee, soup, hot chocolate and lemon tea (there might be some
additions later). The costs of tea, coffee and soup will be minimal
(roughly around Rs. 5/-), while cost of lemon tea and hot chocolate will be
higher (around Rs. 10/-).

In the same regard, hostel council members will be coming to your room with
a form. Please fill in the form if you will be getting the card or not for
the coffee machine. Only those who register will be getting the cards as of
now.
