Dear Sam,

In reference to your concern, please note that you are No.2 on the list and your name is erroneously misspelt. Honestly speaking you paid in dollars and an entrepreneur sized the business opportunity to do the bureau exchange in Kshs. This I cannot forget.

Don't worry this will be corrected.
