Dear District 27 Family:

We trust that you are all well.

I have been following on the district happening through this loop and I thank God for the spirit of "oneness"  and "togetherness". We call it "ON FIRE" "Don't stop shining because someone is intimidated by your light". Also, "We won't be distracted by comparison if we are captivated by purpose". In addition, "Build Your Success Team - alone we can do so little; together we can do so much".

We are happy to inform you that we have now fully settled at PCEA Evergreen and joined the vibrant Thindigwa North District under Elder Joyce Kirumba. Amazingly, God placed us in just a vibrant district as District 27 with very young/youthful members and so many kids, but off course with a few elderly members. Also in number our new district is full house with over 50 families and I was happy to host the district fellowship as usual in the month of February. Amicably, I continue to shine in different committees and this makes me believe that God still want to use me to be the light to many other people but now in Kiambu county and not Nairobi county.

One of the greatest reflection that I have learnt in my christian life is that, our faith and love for God does not get tested when in our comfort zones, but when in challenging times and situations. And if I can pose some questions to all of you; would you still love and walk with God if you are not in a happy marriage? would you still love and walk with God if what you did not have a coin to survive on?, Would you still walk with God if you live in an island all alone without anyone seeing you, would you still walk with God if you became the most richest person in the world, and the hardest one is...would you still walk with God if your family and closest friends still think you are evil? In answer to all these questions, let us remember the word "FORGIVENESS" as that is what only justifies our relationship with God. And this word should be our greatest reflection even as we approach the LENT. Also, the us remember that the toughest times in our lives, shapes our best character and personality. They humble us to fear and trust God more and more.

Once in a while we shall be joining your fellowships when time allows. E.g we would join you to Tafaaria trip if the dates will work for us. Karungari had indicated that it will be on 14 April. Does that mean that it will be a one day outing? If so, we shall make it but if the trip starts on 13 April, we shall not make it due to some other commitments. But which ever the case, we wish you ALL our very BEST WISHES.

Chao and Blessings.

Nduta
