Dear Friends,

If there is that one man that God has used for the last over 30 years to speak to God's people, it is brother Isaac Kamuta. Isaac, was recently awarded a global award as the best in the world on banking management. Since his early 20s, Isaac has worked in the top most global banks as a senior director and in many parts of the world. But guess what? despite his busy career life out of the country, Isaac with His family, has continued to still nurture and coordinate ALL the activities of the Church Revival Evangelistic  Ministry(CREM) - http://cremministry.org/. A ministry he started at 18 years. This comes to us as a big lesson that as much as we belong to the church, the word of God is the ultimate goal and you can serve God any where. Are we too comfortable in our churches until we have forgot that the real true church are not the buildings that we go to but our hearts. When are hearts are right with God, we can serve anywhere.

See below message that God has through brother Kamuta.

Dear Isaac,

God is speaking the same message of hope also through 1 Samuel chapter 7. He woke me to share this message at 3am and he directed me to specifically ask people to sing these two songs none stop and in all manner of languages- "Standing on the promises of God" and also "I surrender all to Jesus". After I had sent the messages,  God straight took me to Isaiah 61 and I found myself into great tears thanking God for using me at such a time like this to bring hope to the people he love so much. Upon reading Isaiah 61, God confirmed to me his intention for this pandemic. He immediately then took me to 2 Chronicles 20:20 and that is also part of your message here. My message was that as long as God is seated at His thrown of power and love, and no matter how darkness may seem to overwhelm God's people, there is NO single time God's light will be overcome by darkness.

Shalom!

Day 3

Saturday March 28th, 2020

From: I. KAMUTA: To CREM Ministry /INTERCEDE FOR AFRICA 2020

Luke 1:12-13 New International Version (NIV)

12 When Zechariah saw him, he was startled and was gripped with fear. 13 But the angel said to him: “Do not be afraid, Zechariah; your prayer has been heard. Your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you are to call him John.

Luke 1:30-31 New Century Version (NCV)

30 The angel said to her, “Don’t be afraid, Mary; God has shown you his grace. 31 Listen! You will become pregnant and give birth to a son, and you will name him Jesus.

Exodus 14:13 New International Version (NIV)

13 Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again.

Good morning,

We are confronted today by what looks like an impossible enemy to defeat but a closer look at God’s word reveals that several generations have been faced with similar circumstances and God has made a way. This morning, I would like to encourage all of us – even this enemy will be defeated. Firstly, if you know Christ, you engage this invisible enemy from a position of strength because we know where we are going beyond this life and world. In Philippians 1:21 the Apostle Paul makes the very powerful statement – 21 For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain. If you don’t have a personal relationship with God through His son Jesus Christ, then possibly today is your day and you should invite Him to your heart. Revelation 3:20, the Bible says 20 Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me. It’s just that simple and uncomplicated.

In Luke 1:12, we read the story of a faithful man Zechariah who had remained childless until very old age. Years had gone by – possibly he had watched all his agemates get married and proceed to have children while he remained without one and all this time, serving God and his people faithfully. I know there has been different explanations as to why God has allowed this Corona Virus to come and torment us. We may never know the reason while we are still here on earth, but what matters most is possibly how we as mankind are going to respond. Zechariah was a righteous man, but God allows Him to go through the pain of childlessness. What we however know is one thing – Zechariah never stopped praying and the angel from God comes and says, ‘your prayer has been heard”. This morning all over the world, I wish to encourage every believer – let us not stop praying – our God has ordained prayer as the tool through which we get Him to take certain actions here on earth. At his age – getting a child looked impossible to Zechariah, but to God, there is nothing impossible.

As we watch the news, and find out that Prince Charles, Prime Minister Boris Johnson and many other prominent personalities are now positive for Covid-19, the enemy would like us to surrender and accept that this virus is going to overwhelm us , but I wish to encourage you all – these dear leaders and many others will recover and this virus shall be defeated to the glory of God. In Luke 1:23 … When his time of service was completed, he (Zechariah) returned home. 24 After this his wife Elizabeth became pregnant and for five months remained in seclusion.

This verse is very important – He went home and played his part – and soon after his wife became pregnant – what had looked impossible became possible. As we battle this pandemic, it’s important that everyone plays their part. We have frontline citizens – doctors and nurses, the church, medical researchers working around the clock to find a medicine / vaccine, government, and ordinary citizens. Let us pray that each one will play their part for its only in doing so, that what looks impossible becomes possible. For us – the church – we need to play our part and pray to our God and as the Spirit leads us.

In Luke 1:30, we see God doing the impossible again, but this time without any need for human involvement. Luke 1:35 The angel answered, “The Holy Spirit will come on you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you.

As we pray and look to God for the impossible, we need to understand that when His power comes over us, the impossible becomes possible. This morning, I ask we join to pray that the power of the Most High will overshadow the researchers looking for a cure for this virus and that a breakthrough will be obtained speedily to the glory of God.

In Exodus 14:13: we see the children of Israel in great fear as the Egyptians approach them near the Red Sea.  I can imagine what was going through their minds as they looked back and saw the pharaohs army approaching while they stood at the Red Sea. Thoughts of death, going back to slavery, loss of freedom, starting again a fresh, uncertainty etc. It was a bad situation and no wonder they cried out to God and even questioned Moses wisdom in getting them out of Egypt in the first place. All around the world, there is great fear, agony, pain, grief and confusion. We have citizens questioning the wisdom of their leaders saying – we should have closed the borders earlier, we should have been better prepared, we should have done lockdown earlier and others are even questioning the wisdom of locking down an entire country or even curfew. Businesses are faced with an uncertain future – they don’t know if they will ever get their businesses back to normal again. Workers have been laid off in millions and entire industries like travel and tourism on its knees. Governments have no idea how long this is going to take and whether life will ever return to normal again. I wish to bring the word of the Lord to Moses to all of us: Let all mankind not be afraid and let us all stand firm and see the deliverance of the Lord. When faced with an enemy that you can’t defeat – the best thing to do is to surrender all to our God that has created us and allow Him to solve it. We just need to stop fearing or being afraid.

Let us not pay much attention to the media – The media can sometimes be used by the enemy to spread fear all over the world. This time around we need a spirit of faith not fear. Yes – there are many deaths, but there are also people recovering. Why so much emphasis on the deaths? I call on all of us to speak faith and expect God to come through for us.

I agree, God has used this virus to point us to what is important and to understand that before him we are all equal – just basic consumers of His freely given air and water – that’s what we are before God. Whether America, Chinese, Black, European, black or white – before God we are just that – His creation.

It is true we as mankind have failed God and gone wild. Pride had slowly got to us and we had pushed God out of our lives, introducing classes and division amongst humanity. Now we all know that there is someone in charge of this world and He never sleeps nor slumbers on His job and at times He comes down to see what man is doing.

Genesis 11:5-8 New International Version (NIV)

5 But the Lord came down to see the city and the tower the people were building. 6 The Lord said, “If as one people speaking the same language, they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them. 7 Come, let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other.” 8 So the Lord scattered them from there over all the earth, and they stopped building the city.

When we have children crying out and stuck in several borders including the border of Mexico and the US separated from their parents. When we have billions of poor people unable to survive in the economic model we have created, while we spend billions of USD developing weapons, building space crafts to take us to space on holiday. When we become so territorial – closing borders to even victims of war as if we own the earth and with even Christians cheering on – surely God must come down and check on us? As we reflect on all these, there is need for us to surely repent and ask for Gods forgiveness.

Our God is a merciful and forgiving God. But as we seek God’s forgiveness, let us stand up in Faith through prayer with eternity in our hearts, do our part for now, understand that what is impossible to man is possible with God and surely, we will see the deliverance of the Lord. Just like previous generations rose and overcame similar challenges, we shall overcome this crisis and bounce back even stronger and this time with our God in the centre of our lives.

....Regards

Isaac Kamuta
