Applicant is:   Irina Bograd
Credit Score: 813
Annual Income:  Retired

Applicant is:   Alexandra Grajdian
Credit Score: 693
Annual Income:  $43,680

Application is marked rejected due to the fact that Irina is retired.


Please advise on the Boards decision.

Good afternoon,

I hope dvdrybody is having a good summer and 4th of July celebration.  I apologize if I missed a step of this application, but shouldn't the Tenants Election Committee analyze the package before going to the board  for approval?
Please, confirm me this is the normal procedure.

Hello,

The board has to discuss this since it has been rejected due to the application not meeting the requirements. 

The Tenant Review Committee does not need to review and give a recommendation for a rejected application. 

We need to meet as early as possible for this matter. Please respond in the Board chat if Sunday works for everyone.

Again, I wonder why the package it didn't  go to the Tenant selection first. This has been always the procedure. Why this time doesn't work this way? Maybe I missed something? Please explain me. Thanks.

The explanation that I saw circulating is that the application got automatically rejected because the payer is retired and has no income.
It seems that it got rejected by default so it didn’t go to the selection committee unless the board decides otherwise and agrees to accept the application. This is what we need to decide.

2. Did the letter go out to Ron Myers?

3. What is the status on insurance? The Board needs to know who has it and who doesn’t. Those that don’t will incur a fine.

1. Has the Tenant Review Committee been given the sales package? Yes

2. Did the letter go out to Ron Myers? It should be going out tomorrow.  We were waiting on confirmation from the attorneys office on how long we have to serve the warrant.

3. What is the status on insurance? The Board needs to know who has it and who doesn’t. Those that don’t will incur a fine.  We should have an update by the end of the week. Mazhar from our office is working on a spreadsheet and updates on expired policies.
