I know that we recently upgraded our Laundry Room but I am having trouble with

Washer 2 TML4143 - clithawer after wash cycle ends. As a result, I has to change washers and rewash my cloths.

Dryer that was not getting hot and was repaired.

TML4130 - cloths still damp. I had to change dryers to dry my clothes.

I did request a refund but I do have concerns with these pre-owned machines.
