Hi 270 Board,

I am following up on your discussion regarding my request to amend my Apt 4D shares and proprietary lease agreement adding the clause “ Joint Tenant with Rights of Survivorship.” 

If you need Jacqueline Dorante to submit documents or an application,
please let me know.

My attorney as well as the attorney referred to me my Esra reviewed the proprietary lease agreement and determined that the HDFC policy does not object to amending the agreement and creating new shares certificate.

I would like a reply from the board of directors in writing as soon as possible.

My attorney is waiting for your reply.

If you agree, what is the next steps?

Hi Aiden,

I am requesting an appointment to meet with you to discuss editing my 270 shares and propriety lease.
 
Please let me know when you are available to meet with me. I sent this forwarded email regarding this issue on March 13, 2026 with no response.

Marc Callender and Neal Baker told me this my request to amend my shares was approved by the 270’s board. 
However, no one at Esra has followed up or reached out to me. 

When can we meet? Thanks again for your assistance.

While Esra Management acts as the building's transfer agent, we only handle closings.  We do not process name change request on the stock certificates.  Corey Washington is the attorney who has handled these matters for the building's shareholders.
