Installation of Heat Sensors - February 3rd 8:00 - 10:00AM

Good Afternoon,

Runwise is scheduled to install heat sensors tomorrow morning between 8:00 and 10:00 AM as part of our Energy Efficiency (LL97) compliance. We are required to install a total of 15 sensors throughout the building.

Marc and I are reaching out to the Board to see who would be willing to volunteer to have a sensor installed in their unit. I have attached information regarding the sensors and a photo of the device for your reference.

Please let us know if you are available tomorrow and willing to participate. If you would like to have a sensor installed but are unavailable during the scheduled time, please inform us so we can arrange for the sensor to be programmed by Runwise and installed by Wilmer at a later date.

Good morning,

I willing to assist 270 Convent in complying with LL97, but I will not be home today during the install period. I am available tomorrow and Thursday morning. The installation notice is insufficient, and I haven't received any communication about Runwise since the proposal from October 2025.
