5 year projections Operating Status

Hi all,

sorry it took me so long, but I finally was able to work on the 5 year projections for our maintenance increase: the link is here:

a few things to note: 

-this is based on the Budget from 10/10/2025 that had an operation deficit of 238k

-this 5-year projections doesn't take into consideration possible increases in operating costs (very unlikely so I should probably at least increase by 2% every year to account for that)

- rent also is not increasing according to this projects (also something we should consider as legally possible)

- this project was also assuming that we would have increased our maintenance since Jan 1st which is not quite the case because we are only increasing it now - in fact question for Management because I haven't seen an increase as of May 1st like it was announced.

I can walk you through this projection in our next meeting and you can review and contest these numbers.
