New Tenants at 1240!

Hi Gang! I wanted to introduce Chase and Lindsay who moved in this week to 1240!! They drove from San Diego with their 2 dogs and got to town Wednesday! Their contacts are attached.
They also have their moving truck arriving tomorrow from 11-12a! They may get lucky with a street spot in the AM once the Friday night parking slew moves out. Another plan is to pull around back until unloaded. Let them know if you need to get around the truck or anything if it ends up in the back for unloading!
