Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I have three close family friends staying at the townhouse until April 1. Their apartment was flooded and they lost a lot - most furniture, clothes, computers etc. They are really nice young men just starting out in life. I will bring it to their attention and ask them not to park there for the next few days. But know they should be gone very soon. If you get frustrated please knock on the door. Andy, Willy and Spencer will be very accommodating. I will be there April 9-18 if there is anything else you would like to discuss please knock on my door or email again. My cell is 970-379-7276 if something needs immediate attention.

Always feel free to reach out!
